Our mission is to enable each of our patients to achieve their highest level of emotional and physical health. We do this by providing continuous, comprehensive and compassionate care. Dr. Richard Pierzchajlo M.D. is Board Certified (ABFM) in Family Medicine and is in solo practice, with over 36 years of practice in Tifton. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in cosmetic medicine. He is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine for Mercer University. He is also passionate about  weight maintenance, wellness and achieving the highest level of cosmetic improvement with services provided in Solé Medical Spa, a part of his medical practice. Julie Hooks is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years experience in Primary Care. She helps lead our care team for both acute and chronic medical care. Kayla is a certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner who has done additional training in Dermatology and Aesthetics.

Service Policy
Our patients’ wellness is our first priority. To allow us to serve you better we ask you to be aware of our financial policies. Payment or insurance co-payment is required in full at appointment check-in. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Please call or email us to discuss our fees and billing structures.

Confidentiality Policy
Patient information is kept private and confidential. When information is requested for the purposes of patient insurance or medical treatment, it may be released with explicit written permission by the patient.

Health Plans Accepted
