Julie Hooks, NP-C is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from Tift County High School, obtained her undergraduate degrees from ABAC and VSU and graduate degree from VSU.  She gained extensive Intensive Care Experience while working at TRMC for 10 years as well as a public health background with South Health District for 10 years.  Julie is excited to have been with Family Prime Care for 5 years, and has a passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate medical care for health management and prevention. She is thrilled to offer DOT physicals, sclerotherapy, weight management, and the newest Aesthetic ThermiVa treatment for urinary incontinence and vaginal rejuvenation.  Julie is married and has two beautiful daughters and loves spending time with her family.
